You can add as many of your properties as you like. Each property can have as many "requirements" as you need - such as gas certificate, insurance etc.

Each requirement has the option of adding an expiry date, a reminder date and the "last done" done. Requirements that are past their reminder date are shown in amber, overdue ones in red and everything else in green. 

We have a set of standard requirements built in - or you can add any custom ones you like.

Our servers will send notifications to your phone for reminders and overdue requirements.

You can attach as many phones as you like to a single account so everyone in your organisation sees the same information.
